Shipping and Returns Policy

How long does it take to get my online order?

We know how excited you are to receive your order and we do our best to get it sent out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be sent. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our showroom if you need it sooner.

Do you ship internationally ?

We would love to help out our friends overseas but, at this stage we only ship to customers in Australia.

What happens if my order arrives damaged ?

Sometimes accidents happen and we would never want you to end up with a damaged product. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out to us so we organise a replacement for you.

Do you offer refunds ?

Yes we do offer refunds on eligible purchases. We can provide you with a refund on custom framing. To process a refund, please bring the frame back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

We are not able to provide refunds on any printing service, so please choose carefully.

Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded on change of mind purchases.
