Based in Melbourne, Guy has been professional photographer and artist for over 4 decades, drawing in pen and ink wash. 9 years as a forensic and scientific photographer for the Federal Police in Sydney and 22 years as the studio prac teacher for Photo Imaging at RMIT University. Much of my personal work involves looking at the intersectionality between photography and its shadow, drawing.

Numerous career highlights include

 Finalist in The Independent Photographer UK, International People Award judged by Steve McCurry, Jan 2025.

 Led the photography industry team that changed duration of copyright to Federal Parliament in 2000, which was successfully passed Feb 2005.

 Professionally judged at state and federal level.
