Fiona McClintock is a Sydney based photographer who investigates the emotional and metaphoric dimensions of nature, water and visual perspectives. Guided by emotion, intuition and a strong connection to the natural world, images move beyond documentation to evoke a sensory and reflective experience.

She has examined movement, transformation and exploration into using water as a visual language to consider presence and change. Through the medium of water, she reflects change, fluidity, rhythm and emotional currents. Through her imagery, she invites viewers to celebrate moments of stillness, wonder and a deeper contemplative reflection.

After achieving a ‘Highly Commended – Nature’, and ‘Finalist – Places’ categories in Wilderness Photographer of the Year 2025, Into the Wild represents the next display of my creative journey embracing a conceptual and elemental explorations of water and animals with movement.
